Independent Penthouse

This project was the finishout of the penthouse at The Independent, also in collaboration with Urbanspace Design Studio. The 5,400 sq ft contained custom fluted millwork, including zero reveal disappearing doors on the primary bathroom and primary closet, a 750 bottle steel and glass wine room, ambient up lighting, and butterfly book match full granite slab flooring in the primary bath.
