Presenting the Seaholm Penthouse at Seaholm Residences, overlooking Shoal Creek in downtown Austin. This luxurious renovation project by Urbanspace Design Studio spans over 5000 sq. ft. and was completed in April 2023. Originally build out was done by the incredibly talented Escobedo Group, our renovation included new millwork, bathroom remodel, paint, wallpaper, and various other odds and ends.
